After being disappointed with the Westin across the street trying to charge us an extra $165 even though our room was supposed to be $337. We called the Sheraton, there room hold was maybe $100. He quoted us $326 and that's exactly how much he took off my card. Not like the Westin and charge almost $200 extra with no real reason. I've been inside of Westin and everything that Westin has that Sheraton has too, so no the Westin isn't worth $500 for the same room across the street, same smart TV, same cleanliness and comfort for $300 less. Westin is a snobby hotel and doesn't have a problem over charging you. the Sheraton didn't understand why the Westin were charging so much extra after quoting me a different price either. The Sheraton didn't even charge a hold fee because we were already there so why would they need to. Which proved the Westin is over charging people for no actual reason so ill stick with the Sheraton. They were so nice, reasonable, fair and they didn't try to get extra money out of me from a room that was only $300. If you are choosing between the two the Sheraton is the best one.

The food that evening was horrible . I was disappointed that the quality of the food was not better nor the Staff was never around for service as the bar was full. Took forever to track someone down to pay. The food was terrible !

It's not the first time I've stayed here. The hotel is after a good renovation, everything is done very well. If a guest needs to go somewhere, the hotel provides a shuttle with a driver, which is very convenient.
