Rooms are clean and spacious. Although a bit far from central Reston, location is nice and quiet, and hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station with friendly and service-oriented drivers. There is a convenient 7-Eleven close by with gas. Reception is exceptional with attentive and courteous staff.

The staff are rude specifically the people serving breakfast and bar have poor customer handling. They refused my children to have breakfast Refused to give children age 6 and 10 to have juice and they said only coffee/tea is with breakfast and I have to pay for orange juice. Poor communication between the manager and the restaurant. We were advised breakfast is until 11 but the restaurant refuse to serving etc

The food that evening was horrible . I was disappointed that the quality of the food was not better nor the Staff was never around for service as the bar was full. Took forever to track someone down to pay. The food was terrible !

I live in Reston and actually booked Sheraton Reston for my friend who was visiting Reston from Seattle to attend an event and also meet with me. My friend and his son enjoyed the trip and the stay at Sheraton Reston

Great hospitality, location (downtown Reston is not a far walk for us Europeans! About 20-30 mins). The room was a great size too.
